5.System functions to notify teachers to update and submit records

The system has a a built-in email service for notifying teachers about the following three situations:

1.Teachers have submitted personal records that are not accepted by the school,

2.Teachers have updated personal records but not yet submitted to the school, and

3.Teachers have not yet updated personal records.

If the school wishes to use the built-in email function to notify the teachers about the above situations, in the left menu click "Teacher Profile Verification", expand the corresponding tab, for example, the "Not Yet Updated" tab (see the screen capture below) if the school wishes to notify teachers who have not yet updated their records, select the teachers to be notified, and click “Prepare Mail”.

Confirm the recipient and content of the email (revise if necessary) and click “Confirm to Send”. The message would be sent to the default email addresses of the teachers.
