1.System prompt to input BLNST information

When school administrators register the accounts of newly-appointed teachers (including newly-joined teachers and change schools teachers) to the school or update appointment information of serving teachers, they have to indicate whether the teachers are newly-appointed teachers in this school year and are required to fulfill the BLNST requirement. e-Services Portal would show a reminder to the teachers if they need to submit the BLNST information according to the information provided by school administrators.

Newly-appointed teachers are required to submit BLNST information for schools’ verification, including the issuing authority of BLNST result, level of BLNST and the issue date of the pass result.

Serving teachers having the result of the BLNST may report and submit them to school for verification as necessary.
