1.Forgotten Master School Administrator (MSA) username or password

Go to e-Services Portal login page, click "Reset Password > School" and follow the instructions to complete the process.

Step 1: Input School Number and Registration Key, and click "Next step". (If "Registration Key" cannot be provided, fill in the "Reset Master School Administrator Account Password Application Form" and return it to the e-Services Team.)

Step 2: Confirm password reset. The original MSA password expires immediately when "Next Step" is clicked.

Step 3: Sign and submit the Password Reset Application Form. Click "Print" and send the completed form to e-Services Team.

Step 4: Wait for approval. We will contact your school after processing your application.
