2.Forgotten Delegated School Administrator (Administrative Staff) (DSA(A)) username or password

Master School Administrator (MSA) should log in to e-Services Portal, select "Account Management > Administration Account Delegation". Click "Update" for the DSA(A) who needs to show the username or reset password.

The username of the DSA(A) is shown by the system. If it needs to reset password, input a new password in the suitable fields, click "Save", and inform the DSA(A) of the new password.
