1.Delegate certain functions of Master School Administrator (MSA) to administrative staff or teachers

MSA logs in to e-Services Portal, in the left menu, click "Account Management > Administration Account Delegation", then click "Add a DSA(A)" or "Add a DSA(T)" to assign certain administration functions respectively to an administrator or a teacher.

As a security measure, assignment of user rights to administrative staff or teachers to act as DSA should be documented and reviewed periodically.

As the system does not automatically notify the the persons who have been assigned to be DSA(A) or DSA(T), MSA should inform them of such arrangement by other means.
