5.Comparison of the function sets of delegated account and Master School Administrator (MSA) account

1.Only MSA can use "Administration Account Delegation", which cannot be delegated.

2.Only MSA can use "Monthly Salary and Session Employed" (for kindergartens only), which cannot be delegated.

3.Delegated accounts cannot access the email account provided by e-Services Portal to MSA.
