4. How does the school submit the teachers’ or the principal’s verified BLNST result to EDB?

 

School Administrators should have verified the BLNST result submitted by all teachers or the principal before their submission of the teacher list to EDB.

 

The steps to submit teachers’ and the principal’ s BLNST information to EDB are as follows:

 

1.From the School Desk menu on the left, select “School Profile” then “Teacher List”;

2.Confirm all the BLNST information in the Teacher List is correct;

3.Click “Submit to EDB”. By clicking the “Submit to EDB” button, the school confirms that all the BLNST information in the Teacher List below is correct, and shall bear the responsibility to pay the teachers’ salaries on their own and refund any overpayment of salaries to EDB if the newly-appointed teachers in this school year fail to meet the BLNST requirement.

4.The Portal will show a message which indicates the successful submission and the submission date and time.

5.School Administrators should export the submitted teacher list as excel file and properly keep the Teacher List for EDB’s inspection as and when necessary. Please refer to Question 5 for the steps to export the submitted teacher list as excel file.
