6.A teacher has submitted a request to reset password but the school does not receive it
It is likely that:
1.The teacher is transferred from another school recently and has not yet completed the New/Re-appointment process.
2.The teacher completed the registration process but the appointment has not yet come into effect.
If the school cannot receive the password reset request from the teacher on e-Services Portal and the teacher cannot reset password via email, the teacher should contact the e-Services Team at 3698 3640 to reset the password.
