3.Create e-Services Portal account

e-Services Portal is designed for use by serving teachers and teaching assistants. New accounts for accessing e-Services Portal  can only be created by the serving schools of the teachers or teaching assistants.

When you are appointed by a school as a teacher, the school would send an email to you via e-Services Portal asking you to create an account and register your account with the school account. When you receive the email from e-Services Team of Education Bureau about the registration, click the URL in the email and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

1.Username cannot be changed once your account has been created. You use the same account when you change schools. Therefore, choose a username carefully, for example, do not include school names in the username. In addition, to protect your privacy, you should not include your real name in your username.

2.Your email address provided by e-Services Portal uses the same username as your e-Services Portal account followed by "@eservices.hkedcity.net".

3.Once your account has been created, you can log in to e-Services Portal immediately. However, the complimentary email services provided by the e-Services Portal will be activated in 6 hours.
