2.Steps to create e-Services accounts for teachers
Schools can create e-Services accounts for teachers through the "New/Re-appointment" process. The steps are as follows:
1.From the left menu select "Appointment Management > New/Re-appointment". 2.Input teacher's (A) personal information, (B) email address and (C) appointment information. The school has to declare that the teacher concerned has been or will be appointed as a member of its teaching staff. 
3.Click "Save & Send Confirmation Message". The system would send an email "New/Re-appointment Registration" to the teacher. The teacher needs to follow the instructions in the email to complete the process.

1.The teacher opens the "New/Re-appointment Registration" email and clicks the hyperlink in the email. 2.Existing users (teachers who already have e-Services Portal accounts) are directed to log in to of e-Services Portal. A pop-up window appears requesting the teacher's confirmation for registering the teacher's account with the school. 
3.For new users, after verifying the personal information, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration..

•The hyperlink in the email is valid for 30 days from the date the email is sent. Teachers should be reminded to complete the registration process within that period. The School Administrator can modify the email address of the teacher anytime and re-send the email.
