1.Forgotten username/password

Go to e-Services Portal login page and click "Reset Password > Teacher".

Input Hong Kong Identity Card Number (HKID No.) and Date of Birth.

Clicking "Next", an email would be sent to all the email addresses you have provided on e-Services Portal, AND a request for resetting password would be sent to your serving school.

You can choose to reset password via your personal email or via your serving school.

       Method 1: via personal email

       Method 2: via serving school

•The old password will automatically become invalid once you have started the “Forget/Reset Account Password” process. You have to complete the entire process before you can log into your account.

•If you only forget your username, you may contact the School Administrators of your school. The school account carries all the usernames of serving teachers.
