In both Teacher Desk and School Desk, only records of your current appointment are shown on the e-Services Portal. If you want to view your past appointment records, please download the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance Data Access Request Form from the website below and return the completed form to the EDB by post/fax or in person to request access to your past appointment records held by the e-Services Portal.
