10.System functions that facilitate teachers to input their subjects taught information

The system provides two functions to facilitate teachers to input information about their subjects taught, namely "Copy Subject Taught from Previous School Year" and "Copy Subject Taught from CloudSAMS".

1.If you have input your subjects taught in the previous school year and the information has been verified by the school, you will see the button "Copy Subject Taught from Previous School Year" when you update the subject taught information in "Serving Schools" at the beginning of a new school year. You may click this button to copy the data from previous school year to fill in the data fields of this school year.

2.If the school has used the CloudSAMS in the new school year to prepare timetables and import subject information to e-Services Portal, the button "Copy Subject Taught from WebSAMS" will appear in "Serving Schools" when you update the subject taught information. You may click this button to copy the data from the timetable to the "Subject Taught" data fields.

1.The "Copy Subject Taught from Previous School Year" and "Copy Subject Taught from CloudSAMS" functions are to facilitate teachers in entering information about their subjects taught. If you find the copied information is incomplete or incorrect, you may correct it manually.

2.The copied subject information, whether it has been amended manually or not, should be submitted for the school's verification after saving.
