4.Update the number of teaching posts
At the beginning of each school year, when Direct Subsidy Scheme (DSS) schools, Private Independent School Scheme (PIS) schools and private schools (including kindergartens) log in to e-Services Portal, the system shows a pop-up requesting them to input the number of teaching posts in the current school year.
All teachers (including principals) should be included in counting the number of teaching posts. Non-teaching staff should be excluded. As the number of teaching posts reported should be the same as the number of accounts in the "Teacher List", the schools can revise the number of teaching posts by revising the "Number of Teaching Accounts" at the bottom of the "School Profile > Teacher List".
