9.Permitted Teacher list includes teachers who have been departed
When a Permitted Teacher who does not have an e-Services account leaves school, the school has to inform the Education Bureau Teacher Registration Section (sample letter) for updating records. If the Permitted Teacher has an e-Services account registered with the school, when the teacher leaves school, the school only needs to input on e-Services Portal "Appointment Management > Termination of Employment" and does not need to inform Education Bureau Teacher Registration Section. Therefore, the school should create e-Services accounts for Permitted Teachers.
