1. How does Master School Administrator (MSA) delegate certain functions to administrative staff or teachers?

MSA logs in to e-Services Portal, in the left menu, expand the "Account Management", click "Administration Account Delegation", then click "Add a DSA(A)" or "Add a DSA(T)" to assign certain administration respectively to an administrator or a teacher, and complete the process according to the on-screen instructions.

As a security measure, assignment of user rights to administrative staff or teachers to act as DSA should be documented and reviewed periodically.

As the system does not automatically notify the the persons who have been assigned to be DSA(A) or DSA(T), MSA should inform them of such arrangement by other means.
