2.Some teachers in teacher list but not in payroll record

If the system indicates a teacher is found on the Teacher List but not on the Payroll, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1.The teacher has departed but the school has not yet terminated the employment record. To terminate a teacher's appointment record, see "Departing teacher".
2.The teacher is not paid by Salaries Grant and the “Terms of Employment” (TOE) is incorrect. The school should update the teacher’s appointment record and select a suitable TOE.
3.The teacher is paid out of Salaries Grant but the payroll record has not been updated accordingly. In this case, if the school has already informed the Funds Section of the Education Bureau about the teacher appointment, the discrepancy will be resolved after the Funds Section has updated the payroll record. The school should inform Funds Section as soon as possible if it has not yet done so.
