4.Discrepancy of qualifications or training in payroll record
The system determines whether a teacher should hold a bachelor's degree qualification based on the "rank" on the payroll record. If a graduate master has not yet input a bachelor's degree qualification in Teacher Profile, the system will indicate a discrepancy regarding academic qualifications.
("Appointment Management > Discrepancies" Screen Capture)
The teacher should go to "Teacher Profile > Qualifications > Academic Qualifications", input and submit the bachelor's degree qualification for school's verification. Once the information is verified, the discrepancy will be resolved.
The system determines whether a teacher should have received initial teacher training based on the "salary bar point" on the payroll record. If a teacher does not have a salary bar point and has not yet input initial teacher training information in Teacher Profile, the system will indicate a discrepancy regarding teacher training.
("Appointment Management > Discrepancies" Screen Capture)
The teacher should go to "Teacher Profile > Teacher Training > Initial Teacher Training for Primary, Secondary and Special Schools", input and submit teacher training information for school's verification. Once the information is verified, the discrepancy will be resolved.
