1.Some teachers in payroll record but not in teacher list

If the system indicates that a teacher is found on the Payroll but not in the Teacher List of the school, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1.The teacher has reported duty but the school has not yet created an e-Services Portal account for the teacher. You should create an account for the teacher as soon as possible.
2.The teacher has departed but the payroll record has not been updated accordingly. If the school has already informed Funds Section of the Education Bureau about the teacher’s departure, the discrepancy will be resolved after Funds Section has updated the payroll record. The school should inform Funds Section as soon as possible if it has not yet done so.
