1.If the information on e-Services Portal is incorrect, the teacher should go to "Teacher Profile > Personal Particulars", make amendment and submit to school for verification. Once the information is verified, the discrepancy will be resolved.

2.If the information in the payroll is incorrect, Funds Section of the Education Bureau should be contacted for follow-up.
