3.Discrepancy of Rank/TOE/FTE in payroll record

1.The information in e-Services Portal may be incorrect. The teacher's Rank, TOE or FTE should be updated.

2.The payroll record may not be updated. If the school has already informed Funds Section of the Education Bureau about the changes in the teacher’s employment information, the discrepancy will be resolved after Funds Section has updated the record. The school should inform Funds Section as soon as possible if it has not yet done so.
