4. How do I create an e-Services account for the school?

The EDB will notify new schools eligible for an e-Services account to go to the logon page of the e-Services Portal and click the “Registration” button under “Register New School Account” to create an e-Services account for the school.

As the Master School Administrator (MSA) will access to a host of teachers' personal data, you are advised to visit the website of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data for pointers on handling teachers' personal data by clicking the link provided in the “Register New School Account” page. Click “Acknowledge & Next Step” when ready. A pop-up window will open and guide you through the account creation process.

Step 1: Input Registration Key – Input “School Number” and “Registration Key” as shown in the documents supplied by the e-Services Team for creating a school account;

Step 2: Pick a username – Input an MSA username and a password of your choosing;

Step 3: Sign and fax the registration form – The printed form has to be signed by the school supervisor or the principal and affixed with the school seal. Fax the form to the e-Services Team for follow-up actions.

Step 4: Wait for the EDB to activate the account. The e-Services Team will contact the school afterwards.
