6. A teacher informed the school that he/she has submitted a request to reset his/her password, but the school has failed to receive the request. Why is that?

 

If the teacher has submitted a request to reset the password but the school has not received it, there may be one of the following reasons:

 

1.The teacher is transferred from another school recently and has yet to complete the New/Re-appointment process.

 

2.The teacher has completed the registration process but his/her appointment has yet to come into effect.

 

If the teachers above are fail to reset their password through self-inputted email address, they are required to contact the e-Services Team at 3698 3640.
