4.If "Serving Schools" under "Teacher Profile" contains only previous school information/does not show new school information after I switched school, what should I do?

 

If the "Serving Schools" page still shows previous school information, you may contact the School Administrators of your previous school and remind them to terminate your employment in the system. If you cannot contact your previous school, please complete and submit the "Terminate Teacher Appointment of Previous School Application Form" to the e-Services Team for follow-up actions.

 

If information of the new school still fails to appear, you have to contact the School Administrators of the new school to enquire about your new/re-appointment status. You can register as a new/re-appointment in the new school even if your previous school has yet to complete the termination process for you. Having previous appointment information in your account will not prevent your new school from adding it to its account. However, you have to straighten out your previous appointment records before submitting your teacher profile for verification, or your profile would be submitted to both new and previous schools.
