1.Why is the "Update" button missing from my profile?

 

As teacher-updated information is subject to the school's verification, you will not be able to update your Teacher Profile in the following circumstances:

 

1.Your Teacher Profile is pending the school's verification

 

If you have already submitted your Teacher Profile and/or CPD Activities (Self-input) for the school's verification, the "Update" button in each section of your Teacher Profile and CPD Activities will be hidden. If you need to revise submitted information, you can withdraw your submission before verification begins and re-submit the information after revision. However, if the school has started to verify the information, you can only update your Teacher Profile after completion of the verification process.

 

2.Your appointment is not yet effective

 

If you are a new recruit or transferred teacher, you will not be able to update your Teacher Profile before the effective date of appointment as shown in the "Serving Schools" page. Please update and submit your Teacher Profile only after the effective date of appointment. However, if your appointment is not shown in the "Serving Schools" page, please inform the School Administrators to complete the New/Re-appointment process for you.

 

3.You are not a serving teacher
 
If you are not serving in a school with an active e-Services Portal account, you will not see the "Update" button in your Teacher Profile.
