7.How do I update my duty/post and subject taught for the current school year?

 

Select "Teacher Profile" then "Serving Schools" from the Teacher Desk menu on the left, and click "Update" at the bottom-left corner of the appointment record.

 

To add a duty/post, click "Add Duty/Post". Choose an appropriate duty/post from the list or use the search box to find an appropriate option, and input the start date. End date should be filled in only after the duty/post ends.

 

To add a teaching subject, click "Add Subject". Choose your subjects from a list of different Key Learning Areas or use the search box to search for an appropriate option, and input the number of teaching periods.

Updated information on duty/post and subject taught must be submitted for the school's verification.
