12. What function(s) does the system provide for teachers to input information on their subjects taught?
The system provides two functions for teachers to input information about their subjects taught, namely "Copy Subject Taught from Previous School Year" and "Copy Subject Taught from WebSAMS".
1.If you have updated your subjects taught in the previous school year and the information has been verified by the school, you will see the button "Copy Subject Taught from Previous School Year" on the update page of "Serving Schools" at the beginning of a new school year. If you are teaching similar or the same subjects as the year before, you may click this button to save you the time of filling in the data fields one by one. 2.If the school has used the WebSAMS in the new school year to prepare timetables and import subject information to the e-Services Portal, the button "Copy Subject Taught from WebSAMS" will appear on the update page of "Serving Schools". You may click this button to copy the data from the timetable to the "Subject Taught" page.
