8.If my duty/post and subject taught remain unchanged for the current school year, is it mandatory for me to update?

 

If your duty/post has a start date but not an end date, it means you will take up the duty/post continuously. You are not required to update the information every year unless there is a change in your duty/post.

 

However, even if you are teaching the same subjects this year, you have to update "Subject Taught" as well as the number of teaching periods under "Serving Schools" in the beginning of every school year, and submit the information for the school's verification.
