1.If the system indicates a teacher is found on the Payroll but not on the Teacher List of the school, what should I do?

 

If the system indicates that a teacher is found on the Payroll but not on the Teacher List of the school, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

1.The teacher has reported duty but the school has yet to create an e-Services Portal account for him/her. In this case, please create an account for the teacher as soon as possible so that he/she can update his/her Teacher Profile and use the services provided by the e-Services Portal (such as enrolling courses from the Training Calendar System) as appropriate.

 

2.The teacher has departed but the payroll record has not been updated accordingly. In this case, if the school has already informed the Funds Section of the teacher’s departure, the discrepancy will be resolved after the Funds Section has updated the payroll record. Since the Funds Section has to process a large amount of appointment data at the beginning of a school term, please be patient if the system fails to reflect the most up-to-date information.
 
If the school has yet to inform the Funds Section of the teacher’s departure, please fill in the teacher’s date of cessation of employment with the school in his/her “Appointment Form” as soon as possible, and submit it to the Funds Section for follow-up actions.
