If the system indicates a discrepancy between the e-Services and payroll records of a teacher’s Rank/TOE/FTE, please correct the error by the following means:

1.In the event that the information in the e-Services Portal is incorrect/has yet to be updated, please update the teacher's Rank/TOE/FTE. The discrepancy will be resolved once the updated record is saved.
 

2.In the event that the payroll record has not been updated, if the school has already informed the Funds Section of the changes in the teacher’s employment information, the discrepancy will be resolved after the Funds Section has updated the record. Since the Funds Section has to process a large amount of appointment data at the beginning of a school term, please be patient if the system fails to reflect the most up-to-date information.
 
If the school has yet to inform the Funds Section of the changes in the teacher's employment information, please complete the "Appointment Form" for the teacher as soon as possible, and submit it to the Funds Section for follow-up actions.
