If the system indicates a discrepancy between the e-Services and payroll records of the teacher’s date of birth/sex, please correct the error by the following means:

1.In the event that the information in the e-Services Portal is incorrect, please inform the teacher to change his/her date of birth/sex at "Teacher Profile" > "Personal Particulars" and submit the correction for the school's verification. Once the information is verified, the discrepancy will be resolved.
 

2.In the event that the information in the payroll system is incorrect, please fill in the form titled “Notification of Changes in Teacher's Personal Data” and submit it to the Funds Section for follow-up actions.
