4.If the system indicates a discrepancy between the e-Services and payroll records of a teacher's qualifications/training, what should I do?
Discrepancies related to academic qualification
The system determines whether a teacher should have held a bachelor's degree qualification based on his/her "rank" on the payroll record. If a graduate master leaves out his/her bachelor's degree qualification in his/her Teacher Profile, the system will indicate that there is a discrepancy regarding his/her academic qualification.
Please advise the teacher to visit "Teacher Profile" > "Qualifications" > "Academic Qualifications" , then input and submit information about his/her bachelor's degree for the school's verification. Once the information is verified, the discrepancy will be resolved.
Discrepancies related to teacher trainingThe system determines whether a teacher has received initial teacher training based on his/her "salary bar point" on the payroll record. If a teacher does not have a salary bar point and leaves out his/her teacher training information in his/her Teacher Profile, the system will indicate that there is a discrepancy regarding his/her teacher training.
Please advise the teacher to visit "Teacher Profile" > "Teacher Training" > "Initial Teacher Training for Primary, Secondary and Special Schools", then input and submit his/her teacher training information for the school's verification. Once the information is verified, the discrepancy will be resolved.
