1. How to update teachers' appointment information?
The system provides the following two ways to update teachers’ appointment information:
1.From the School Desk menu on the left, select "Appointment Management" then "Updating of Appointment";
2.Select the teacher whose appointment information requires updating from the list;
3.Update the teacher's Rank, Terms of Employment, Full-time Equivalent value and Effective Date of Appointment as appropriate.

If the information input earlier requires correction, the School Administrator may directly modify the Rank, Terms of Employment, and Full-time Equivalent value without changing the Effective Date of Appointment.

1.From the School Desk menu on the left, select "School Profile" then "Teacher List"
2.Find the teacher whose appointment information requires updating from the Teacher List, and click the appointment information next to his/her name to access the "Updating of Appointment" page;
3.Update the teacher's Rank/Terms of Employment/Full-time Equivalent value and Effective Date of Appointment as appropriate.
