7. How do I terminate a departed/departing teacher's employment record?
You may terminate a departed/departing teacher's employment record in the following manner:
1.From the School Desk menu on the left, select "Appointment Management" then "Termination of Employment";
2.Find the teacher to be terminated from the Teacher List and click his/her name;
3.Fill in the "End Date of Employment to Present School" and "Termination Reason" in the pop-up window and click "Save";
4.After clicking "Save", the system will prompt you twice to confirm the termination of the teacher or modify the relevant information. Please read the prompt messages carefully and click "Yes" or "No" according to the circumstances.
