8. How do I update a kindergarten teacher's "Monthly Salary and Employment Information"?
Follow the steps below if you have to update the monthly salary, proportion relative to full-time work (for part-time teacher only) and session employed of a kindergarten teacher:
1.Log onto the system as the Master School Administrator, select "Appointment Management" then "Monthly Salary and Employment Information" from the School Desk menu on the left;
2.Click "Update" and start checking the box(es) corresponding to the teacher's teaching sessions and fill in his/her monthly salary, the proportion relative to his/her full-time work; if the teacher is under the Integrated Programme in Kindergarten-cum-Child Care Center, please check the box in the column “Whether a Teacher of Integrated Programme”; if the teacher is employed by the Grant for Support to Non-Chinese Speaking Students, please check the box in the column “Whether a Teacher Employed by the Grant for Support to Non-Chinese Speaking Students”.
