5.How do I input school-based curriculum information (e.g. School Development Day activities) to teacher accounts?

 

From the School Desk menu on the left, select “TCPD Activities” then “TCPD Activities (School-input)”, and click “Add”. An entry form for recording CPD activities will be shown in a pop-up window. Under the “Course/Activity Basic Info” tab, input activity title, start date, end date, activity nature, organising body, CPD mode, etc., and click “Save & Proceed to Select Participants”.

Under the “Participants” tab, select the teachers participating in the activities from the list or click “Select All” to select all the teachers in the school, and click “Add to Participant List”.

After confirming the Participant List and CPD Hours, click “Save & Proceed to Principal CPD Activity” to add the record to the principal's profile.

Finally, fill in the principal's related activity record under the “Principal CPD Activity” tab:

If the principal has not participated in the activity, select “No” to the question “Add this CPD record to Principal?” and click “Save” to complete the recording process.

If the principal has participated in the activity, select “Yes” to the question “Add this CPD record to Principal?”, input the principal's CPD mode, CPD hours, and core area of leadership, and click “Save” to add the record to the principal's profile.
